Model: TD-W8961N
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 2018

My Router 1 (ISP Branded) is connected to my Router 2 (TP-Link W8961N ADSL) with ethernet cables from first floor to seond floor. Before connection Router 2 IP address is changed and DHCP server is disabled. But still internet is not working on my Router 2. When the ethernet cable is directly connected to my computer instead of Router 2, it works fine.

When Router 2's LAN port is connected to my PC the light flashes fast. When both the Routers are connected via LAN the Router 2's light is blinking with a pause. So my Router 1 was able to detect my PC but not my TP-Link modem. Plese assist me with this.
