Hello,

I have asked the local Support Team but no reply for the moment (they should have a lot of work).

When setting the connection options, I can use L2TP to connect to a VPN. But does that L2TP tunnel use IPSec ? I am not sure as there is no information written.

Thanks

@SamuelV

Hello, the L2TP tunnel does not use IPsec; for your information, our products do not support the VPN server with data encrypted.

In other word, if the data from the VPN server is encrypted, when we choose L2TP as internet connection type, they won't be able to build up the connection.

May it help and have a good day.
