Range extender cannot find and hence connect to host network

host network wifi is on and operating (checked connection with other devoces, ok)

tp link device purchased last month ☹️

Hello, try to hit the scan button for serveral times.

 

Still the same, please change the wireless settings of the main router's 2.4GHz, like the wireless network name and wireless channel, such as channel 1, 6 and 11. 

 

And please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
