Hi, I have a Deco home wifi system that has been working flawlessly. An electrical fault at home upset the whole thing and i did a reset. I finally got the main unit working again. However i cannot log into the app again on my phone. While on the wifi i get a message "Failed to connect to TP-Link Cloud. Please check your wifi or mobile data connection". When i switch to mobile data, i can log into my account but im sent back to the start to setup a new network.

@mdfire

With main Deco connected to the modem only, please connect your computer to the main Deco by ethernet cable and verify whether they can access internet.

If it works, try to reboot the whole network system and your smart phone and then connect to the Deco's wifi and login to the Deco app and verify whether it works.

Still the same, you can try to login with mobile data and start to setup a new network and then re-add the "main Deco" to the existing network.

May it help and have a nice day.
