I've only had this M7350 router for a couple of days but it keeps dropping the signal and loses the service. The sim card is working fine, I have tested in other devices

How often does it lose connection? And how do you make it work again?

 

When the M7350 stops working, please login to the web UI and take a snapshot of the status page and export to us; and please go to advanced-system tools-system log, save log and send it to us.

Try to create the network connection profile manually with the APN information.

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
