Hi, i have a problem with a TP-WPA4220KIT.

I made the pairing and eveything looks good, but when i replace the receiver (AV600) in the basement, i have not any internet signal.

I live in a three floor house, so if i put the same receiver (AV600) in the attic or in the same floor where the router is, i have a good signal.

How can i solve? in the house i have the same electrical circuit obviously.

Cause it works fine in the attic or in the same fllor where the router locates, the TL-WPA4220KIt should be working properly.

 

We can do some troubleshooting and try to fix it. 

 

What is the led status of the receiver when it is in the basement? Especially the powerline led. 

 

Try to change another socket to plug it and ensure that the firmware is up to date.
