Archer C60 Rebooting Randomly
Hello everyone, I am from India
I bought the Archer C60 in July of 2018. Since past 2 days, the router has started to randomly reboot. 5 devices (2laptops + 3cellphones) are connected to it via WiFi. No wired connections.
Could use some help.
P.S: Would also like to know what is the warranty period of this router, is it 1year or 3years?

We provide 3 years limited warranty for the SOHO product, you can read https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/replacement-warranty/ for more information.
Besides, back to your case, could you please provide some details about the auto-reboot issue? Any specific symptoms?
Have you ever tried to reboot the router manually or reset it to give it a go?
Good day.

@Kevin_Z Hi thanks for your response
There are no specific triggers. It just happens randomly at any point of the day. Even if no device is actively connected to the router, it still reboots randomly.
Also I did do a factory reset. But that didnt help either.

I've been having this issue all day today.
It been restarting some 10-15 times today.
I complained to the internet provider and realized that it is an issue on the router side as the router has been restarting and the ISP hasn't dropped the connection.

I am having the same issue.
Bought in June 2018.
Model: Archer C60
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20161206 rel.60287
The router restarts every hour randomly.
I have ACT connection (Bangalore).
Router is directly connected to UPS.
Already reseted the Router to factory setting.
Still No Go..
Any update ??

@Manish_N I'm with ACT in Bangalore too.
The ACT folks asked me to try and replace the adapter saying that might have some problems.
I found a adapter on one of my other routers and I plugged that in.
I did not notice any drops all day today. Maybe that did the trick?
Try it out yourself and see if it works for you.

Hello all, what is the led status ofthe Archer C60 when it restarts itself automatically?
Please use the original power adapter, and you can change another socket to give it a go.
Please ensure that the firmware of the Archer C60 is up to date.
Besides, have you ever tried to hard reset it manually and do not restore the configuration file?
Good day.

The LEDs are all turned off.
When I rush to the router whenever I find internet has dropped, the leftmost (power) LED is the only one turned on.
Would you be able to point to locations in India where I can procure the original adapters?
I am not finding any on Amazon.in
Firmware is up-to-date. Caveat - V2 hardware having last update only in 2016.
I have held down the reset button for 5 secs. The router then powered off, and I manually restarted it.
Is this the way to do the hard reset?
I suppose not, because the SSID data wasn't cleared.

I have a similar issue with my Archer C59.
The 5.0GHz band connection goes down for a few minutes, possibly rebooting. I lose access to the internet on anything connected to it, but the 2.4GHz connection remains up. I rarely use the 2.4 connection.
