Archer C50 Error code 80002
While saving quick setup, router is givin error code 80002,don't know why. Tried rebooting device several times, also reset to factory default. Still same. Please help

What is the led status of the Archer C50? Does it affect the actual performance of the main router?
Try to configure it under Network-WAN settings page with the username and password given by ISP.
Besides, you can try to change another web browser or device to access the web UI and try to clear the browser cache.

@Kevin_Z this is happening with a particular ISP named 'Excitel' only. For rest of the ISP it is working fine. More than 1000 TP link customers are affected. Recently ISP updated their system, after that update TP link is not compatible with this ISP. You need to release new firmware for this router to make it compatible with all ISP. Local service center had been informed but not very positive about help

Go to network settings
Change you Routers ip
Reboot
Login to router page using the new ip
Issue will solved
