Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20190620 Rel. 45372

My Nokia N900 will not connect to the network, returning an authentication error message. Same with a Nokia N9. Both devices connect just fine to several other wireless networks. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello, what about other wireless devices? Are they able to join the Deco's wifi network?

Try to disable fast roaming via the Deco app and verify whether you can connect the two Nokia phones to the TP-Link wifi.

Besides, you can turn off 5GHz and use 2.4GHz only and setup QoS as standard, clear all the high priority items to give it a go.

May it help.

@Kevin_Z worked like a charm, thank you.

Yes, all other devices connected just fine. Kept both bands, disabled fast roaming and beam.

Thanks again, Kevin.
