Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.10

My other Deco M9 Plus access points have firmware version 1.3.0 build 20190821 rel 54023. I have one access point that is stuck with firmware version 1.2.10 build 20190809 rel 54285, and that router cannot find new firmware when queried with the mobile app. I have tried to do manual update, but cannot figure out how to do that for Deco M9 Plus.

Please advice.

@Matias_1976

Hello, the hardware version of the two Deco M9 plus should be different; 1.3.0 is V1, while 1.2.10 is V2; Both are the latest firmware already.

May it help.
