Problem with Linux-NFS & a Tvix N1 Cafe

I have a strange problem here.
I have recently upgraded my old working system :
I had a wireless Linksys-WRT54G , connected to a Dlink-24Port 100-TX switch (Servers etc)
The Linksys is also connected to a 8-Port Dlink-100TX switch (AV-Rack) , where my Tvix N1 Cafe mediaplayer is residing.
I have been able to stream movies from my Linux server via NFS to my Tvix without problems.
Last week i decided to upgrade my wireless capability to wireless-N with a TL-WDR4300 , to be able to stream fast from my Samsung Tablet.
And also replaced my AV-Rack switch with a TP-Link 8-port Gigabit Switch TL-SG1008D, so i had a Gigabit path to the AV-rack.
So my new setup is
TL-WDR4300 linked to the DLink-24-100TX (Server), and also linked to the TL-SG1008D (AV-rack).
Now NFS-streaming has stopped to work from the Linux-Server to the Tvix , i can see the top directorys , but no contents inside.
This could seem to be data-amount specific (could it be a jumboframe problem in the 4300 ?) or the 4300 interfering with NFS packets on the LAN-Ports ?
I suspected the 4300 to be the problem , and replaced the 4300 with a TL-SG1005D , just to see if the 4300 was causing the problem.
So now my datapath was :
Linux->DLink-24-100TX->TL-SG1005D->TL-SG1008D->Tvix , and everything works fine.
So the 4300 is causing the problem.
I later connected the 4300 to the TL-SG1005D , and was still working with no problems.
The 4300 was only connected to my ISP (Wanport) , and to the 1005 via one Lan port , so now i again had internet and fast wireless.
The datapath from the Tvix to the Linux is still not passing the 4300 , as the (mac-layer table) have learned that the Linux can be reached via the 1005's link to the Dlink switch. So it will forward NFS frames from the Linux to the Tvix without passing the 4300.

So i'm able to get it to work that way , but has to make sure that the NFS packets are not passing the TL-WDR4300 , by adding an additional TL-SG1005D.
This is not optimal , and i would like you to investigate this problem.
