First of all, respect is important and necessary in the community. We won't delete or silence one's account for no reason. But the violation of these guidelines attached below will result in a warning, followed by a 30-day ban for a 2nd offense. If a 3rd offense takes place, we will be forced to permanently ban the user. On the other hand, the EU and US versions can be regarded as two different products actually even though they are the same model; the standards vary due to different countries/districts and versions. Not all new features will be added synchronously. Absolutely, we understand your requests and have been working on it positively since you contact us. For the Onemesh feature that we promised that it will be added, a new firmware will be released in the near future to support it. While for other features, there is no official statement that indicates these features will be added, Like WPA3, Alexa or so. Therefore we cannot guarantee that these features will be supported.
Until now, we have done what we can do as tech support, we reached out to our product engineer and RD team to push forward the process of Onemesh. There is no reason to insult people personally. And we explained why we delete your posts via email and try to find a solution to fix your issue.
We know you are angry, but please listen to us and read our reply carefully; Only complaint without cooperation/patience won't help. We can find another way to solve your issue.
