Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Hi,

I have the Archer VR900. ADSL router.

on my computer, I have Check Point VPN which connects to my work.

When working with Vtech IAD604 (my ISP), i can connect with the VPN.

When working with the TP-Link, the VPN connects to ~20 seconds and then disconnects.

Did anybody has the same situation where the TP-Link router doesn't connect software VPN?

(I tried the support, but the Corona Virus, they stop responding...)

Best regards

@Char_Samlag

What is the current network diagram? How did you set up the VPN service?

What about the network connection stability of the VR900 itself? What is the led status of the VR900 when you lost VPN connection?
