Theoretically, you can connect the two RE450 in series. But it is not suggested to connect them like daisy-chained cause the performance of the further unit will be affected a lot.
You can use the powerline adapters with wifi function to boost wifi signal as well, like TL-WPA7510KIT, TL-WPA8630KIT.
