I cannot get my router to connect to the internet. My connection from my internet provider is strong. I already called them. All the green lights are on for that router but the Wi-Fi router from you the internet light is red

Who is your ISP? With a computer connected to the modem directly, can you access internet? 

 

Try to log into the web UI of the Archer A10 and verify whether it has valid internet IP address and gateway or so, and then you can change the DNS server to give it a go. 

 

If there is no valid IP address, please confirm the parameters given by ISP are correct.
