Thanks for your reply.
We did a test at our end and found that there is something wrong. Would you like to install a beta firmware to solve this issue?
And it will take a few days to release a firmware. Any updates, we will let you know immediately.
Good day.
any update on this? I cannot fully configure my deco like changing time which can only change using the web interface.

Update:
Regarding firmware 1.1.8 Build 20191102 Rel.58333 and 1.1.9 Build 20200119 Rel. 75362, the ISP customized firmware versions
Hi All, Thank you very much for all your feedback.
The ISP-customized firmware upgrade needs to be granted by ISP first. It is not allowed to provide the firmware to end users directly without their permission.
If possible, please explain your current issue to the internet service provider directly and ask for further assistance.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

@TP-Link_Deco In the instructions, it is not clear for the FIRMWARE field. My Deco is M4R. Should I put M4R.bin or just M4.bin or is it the full file name for the bin file together with the zipped folder (m4r-SP1-up-ver1-1-8-P1[20200408-rel39765]_2020-04-08_11.03.00.bin)?

Hello, sorry for the late answer.
Edit 2020-09-08: update the download link for the customized beta firmware, please use this version and there is an upgrade guide in it:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202009/20200908/M4_V1_1.1.8_PH_Fail-to-access-web-interface.zip
It seems that you are running a customized firmware for the local market, and our developers have created a beta firmware for you, please try to install it and confirm if you can access its web interface:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202009/20200907/M4_V1_1.1.8_PH_Fail-to-access-web-interface.zip (invalid and deleted)
May this help, good days.
