Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 192.168.1.1

Hello 

 

Has anyone had an issue to hook this device to home wifi?

 

I followed the instructions and logged into the portal but still couldn't finish the set up? 

 

My internet comes directly from an Ethernet wall outlet. Supposedly I just need to hook the cable to the wall and router and turn it on...

 

But it did not hook up to my internet. My internet is fine because I tried to hook the TV directly to the Ethernet outlet with no problems...

 

Any  ideas?

Hi, you need to connect the cable from the ethernet socket to the LAN4/WAN port of Archer VR400 and configure it as a wireless router.
