Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: v1.0.6

I want to configure network access to only allow specific WLAN clients to have access to my network. With my previous TP-Link WDR3600 this was configurable

with the "MAC filtering" function, and worked well.

The firmware of my new TP-Link AX3000 does not have a outright MAC filtering function anymore, but allows to configure a "whitelist" or "blacklist" under the

"access control" tab.

After switching from the default "blacklist" mode to "whitelist", immediately all wireless devices did show up in the whitelist section. I then removed all of them,

but after pressing the "SAVE" button, the devices appeared again in the whitelist section, and also under "online devices".

I repeatedly tried to delete one or more devices, but after pressing save, they always appeared again in the whitelist, and indeed had internet access through the router.

I'm running the router in the "Router" operation mode, and DHCP is turned off.

Firmware was updated today to v1.0.6

What must I do to get this function to work correctly?
