Very often i loos the internet connection on my AX11000. The light turns red, on top of the router. I have to reboot it by turning off power.

Could you please look into this problem?

I've been having the exact same problem--- every day or so, sometimes mulitples times a day, the red light comes on and internet is lost.  No issue with the hardwired internet service that feeds it and my PC, but it fails and needs to be rebooted.  I've never had this issue with a wi-fi router.

Hello, to locate the issue, we would like to know some more details:
1. Who is your ISP? Is there a modem? What is the model of it?
2. When did you purchase the AX11000, was the issue occurring when you began to use it, or it happened recently?
3. Please login to the AX11000 web interface page to check if there is a WAN IP address when the internet LED is orange, send us the screenshot. If there is still a WAN IP address and gateway when the internet if off before you manually restart the AX11000, please try to change the DNS server on it to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 under Advanced -> Network -> Internet, where you can find "Use the following DNS addresses", then monitor again.

4. If the above doesn't help, please confirm if the internet will recover if you click the refresh then renew on the Internet page of the AX11000 but not restart it manually, then share with us the whole system log when the internet drops then recover.

In order:

 

1) Comcast ('Xfinity'), modem info = ARRIS Group, Inc TG3482G

2) Purchased ~9 months ago give/take, the issue has always been there but sometimes worse than others

3) I didn't get this step right-- I changed the DNS #s to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 once I got your message and hoped that would solve the problem but it didn't

4) It happened again after my the changes I made in step 3.  I can confirm that the internet recovers if I release and then renew on the Internet page of the advanced tab.  Here's a copy/paste of the system log:
