Terrible customer service
Customer service from TP-Link is a joke.
I have emailed you - no reply
i have called helpline - no answer
tweeted you - got asked to DM
DM'd you - no reply
I've had 5 chats online but no one says anything other than replace main deco with slave and reset.
Absolute joke of a company.
everyone has the same issue, devices get a cant access internet message even though connected to WiFi. Everyone knows it's your terrible firmware.
I can still return my deco P9's because they came from amazon.
Look at the 1* reviews they have on trustpilot.
if you are thinking of buying from TP-Link don't. If you can return any products you have for a refund, absolutely do.
