Hi,

I recently purchased a AC1200 Mesh Wi-Fi Range Extender and tried to configure with my router.

I was able to connect to 2.4Ghz Network successfully but unable to connect to 5Ghz Network.

I tried resetting the extender twice but still no luck.

Can someone please suggest ?

Thanks

@Luck79 What's the model No. of your extender? Such as RE200, RE300. Also please login to it, and go to System Tools-->Firmware upgrade, then check the firmware and hardware version.

One more thing, What's the model No. of your wireless router? It's the router name on its label, it's helpful if you could provide a picture of this label.
