Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.1.8

Hi, I'm using Deco M4, tested speed test was around 30mbps. But when I'm using Google related apps like YouTube and Google play store, download speed is less than 1mbps. Download speed is normal if I'm using my own mobile data.

Anyone face the same and any solution here?

Do all of your clients have the same problem? Such as your phone, laptop, iPad/tablet?

Have you tried to change the DNS server on your Deco? If not, you can have a try, change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.
