Cannot connect to TM unifi modem
I bought a new deco M5. I use the app to set it up. WiFi setup was successful. However once I tried to connect to Internet tm unifi the router light turns to red. I also tried to connect directly to the laptop and I couldn't access the router.
My tm unifi router is working fine and I have Internet.
I tried to call the support but no answer. Knowing that they publish on the official website that support time is from 10 AM to 7 PM.
I think this is not a professional service.
