Archer C60 - Disconnecting issue - Strange
Hi guys
Need some help. I am struggling, and cannot get a resolution to my problem.
I did check for a firmware update, and could not locate anything, as the datestamp on my Firmware looks like its 20190821 (Fairly recent)
The problem im having is after a reboot, my C60, does not connect back to the internet. Its strange, as when i log into the webgui, i can see an IP assigned from the ISP. But the internet light on the device remains orange. What i then do is, i need to manually connect/ disconnect, sometimes a couple of times, before it goes green and then restores (Sometimes upto an hour of struggling)
The other issue, with this, is that all the devices in the 2.4ghz zone, does not connect (After restart) I get autentication error. without any changes to my passwords etc (5Ghz connects and authenticates) I then need to disable the 2.4ghz zone, reenable and then everything reconnects and back to normal.
In both instances i need to manually log in and play around till i get it connected. This happens sometimes 2 / 3 times a week. I resetted the device, same effect.
I had the fibre company guys out here, they tested checked resetted. Still the same, which makes me believes its a router issue.
Can someone please assist? I saw a few entries in the forum, about people having the same issue (I also had this on the C20, which made me purchase the new C60) And now its contiunuing :(
Thanks for the help guys
