Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 build 20200212 rel. 7095

I got my AX6000 a few months and have constant issues with it dropping connections to different devices.

The wired connection always works well, but it will randomly drop the connection to different devices. It happens on both the 2.4G and 5.0G networks. Everything works on a reboot of the router but I have to do so every few days. The devices that drop connection aren't consistant. It's anything from laptops, to phones, to TVs and Nests.

I've searched the forums to find an answer but unfortanutely can't find anything that works.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

@ZapTheWizard I seem to have the same problem

Firmware : 1.0.7 Build 20200212 rel.7095(5553)

Hardware: Archer AX6000 v1.0

Just got the unit few days ago. My galaxy s20+ connected to wifi6 kept dropping connections and sometimes not dropping but in the same spot instead of 240Mb/s in speed test it clocking at less than 10, and later it's back to 240MB/s again.

Also my other wireless devices like Amazon Firestick 4K etc is dropping connection too.

I cannot find any newer beta firmware on the tplink website either to try out.

I have very few devices connected to the unit, ony 1 galaxy s20+ on wifi6, the rest on 5ghz network.

@gvarol  @ZapTheWizard

Hello all, sorry to respond late.

What is the Wi-Fi LED of the Archer AX6000 when the Wi-Fi got disconnected? Can the devices still detect the Wi-Fi network then? Please try to customize the wireless settings, like wireless channel and channel width. For 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 or 11, channel width to 20MHz; for 5GHz, use channel 36, 40 or 44, channel width as 40MHz.

BTW, how many wireless devices are connected to the AX6000 most of the time, are they encounter the same disconnect issue at the same time?

Please also refer to the below troubleshooting to narrow down the disconnect issue:
What should I do if internet connection is not stable when the device is connected to TP-Link router?

Here is a beta firmware you may have a try:
