Deco X60 shows disconnected in app, yet unit has a solid green light
Randomly one of my slave units will show in the app in a disconnected state, yet the light remains solid green. Whenever this occurs, my iOS devices tell me they are unable to connect to the WIFI, but all other devices remain connected and can find the internet with no issues. The only way I can get rid of the disconnected state is to unplug the unit for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Once done, all iOS devices connect back up and the "disconnected" status in the app changes to online. Anyone else encounter this? It happens randomly. I could go an entire day without it occuring (rare) or it could happen up to four times in one day.

Hi, thanks for your patience.
We would forward your case to the senior engineers and please have a check of your email box later.
At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:
- When the Deco showed up offline on the APP, are you still able to get internet service from this node?
- How many Deco nodes do you have and could you please draw me a picture about the network structure how they are connected to each other;--if possible, please mark out the problematic unit;
- Would rebooting this unit temporarily get it back online?
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Hi Team!
I have concern regarding this issues. I recently bought x3 Deco X60 from local Costco and updated to current version is 1.2.5 Build 20200709 Rel. 46606 ?
Can someone confirm this if still ongoing ? so i can return all 3 my units.
Thank you

Hi, I am runnen a slightly newer version:
1.2.6. build 20201030 rep: 57035
And I don't experience this problem anymore. I even think it was already solved one or two updates before this one.
But as also discussed in this topic, it's (still) not possible to split the 2.4 and 5ghz SSID

Hi there my issue is now resolved by latest firmware update 1.2.6 Build 20201013 Ref 57035. I am now very pleased with the system, in fact I would go as far as to say it is an excellent system just a shame they took such a long time to resolve but hey all good now. In fact I have just bought my son the same system X60 3 pack mesh and he is very pleased with it.

I have the latest build, but my devices keep disconnecting. Although I still have a green light and am able to connect ot the internet over LAN and WiFi, but I cannot manage anything, since 2 of my devices keep getting disconnected.
I got so tired of it yesterday, that I resetted every piece and recreated my network. In the end everything was green and no issues.
But as I got up this morning, I discovered the 2 slaves were once again, no longer discovered.

Hi,
I am sorry that the pictures could not be opened.
Could you please send them to the forum directly?—or I have sent you my email address via private message and you could send it to my email.
When the satellite Deco was offline from the APP, what need you do to restore its connection, refresh the APP, or reboot the Deco?

Neither, reboot of the deco nor refresh of the app worked. I literally resetted the failed devices to try to get them back in, which didn't work.
So I took it to the next level and removed the whole network and resetted all of them and recreated everything.
Unfortunately, luck was of short term since 24hrs later, I had the 2 slaves in disconnected again.
