Model: RE200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.4 Build 20171009

My RE200 range extender password is no longer beiong accepted by my Mac or iPad. My iPhone accepts it and I am definately putting in the right password. When I try to log into the TP Link website via my Mac it won't let me because my Mac can't get past the password issue at login.

Any ideas why this might be hanppening and how I can fix it?

Thanks

@Raps

Hi,

Is the RE200 configured successfully? How about the LEDs on it?

When you try to access its web UI, please ensure your Mac is connected to the RE200's wireless network and type in the correct login password but not your wireless password.

If you still cannot log in by entering the correct login password, you may need to reset the RE200 by pressing the reset button on it for 1 second and you will see all LEDs flash. After that, you may try to log in again.

How to log into the web management page of the range extender

May it help.
