"Disconnected from other Decos" error!
I recently replaced a network of 3 Deco M5's with 3 Deco X20's as an upgrade to my home wi-fi service.
Ever since, I have had extremely frequent "Disconnected from other Decos" errors on the 2 satellite units (i.e. NOT the Main Deco).
This happens at least once a day and to recover I need to power cycle each unit with the error.
So far, this hasn't been the "upgrade" I had hoped for!
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Hello, sorry to respond late.
We have released a beta firmware to solve this Deco X60 disconnecting issue you reported and here is the download link:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202007/20200703/Deco_X60_1.2.4_200703_Beta.zip
This firmware can be uploaded into the Deco X60 via its web UI:
How to Update the Firmware of Deco
Note: It is suggested to restart all the Deco X60 in your network before uploading this beta firmware.
After the firmware is uploaded successfully, please monitor the performance and keep me update with the result.
If this beta firmware doesn't solve your disconnecting issue, please let me know:
1. What are the devices/phone behaviors, are they still showing connected but no internet or they just quit/fail to connect?
2. What are the Deco LEDs status, are all still showing solid green? How about the display on the Deco app, are all online or disconnected?
Thanks.

This seems to have been resolved by the recently released update to the firmware (version 1.2.5).

I too was experiencing this issue, yet my network appeared to be working properly.
My three units were ordered as a 3-pack "TP-Link WiFi 6 Mesh WiFi AX1800". The Deco I could connect to is the one with the wired connection (i.e. the base one). I did perform the offered firmware upgrade and It reports F/w version 1.2.6 Build 20201013 Ref 58271. Green lights are on the two Decos that were allegedly disconnected and during the firmware upgrade their lights went red, then back to green as though they were actually connected to the mesh despite the report.
After doing the update, I then disconnected the power cord for 30 secs and replugged it. The unit furthest away from the base then became "connected" but the same process on the other did not seem to affect it. Then Deco app announced that a unit had out of date firmware so I told the app to do that. So it downloaded again. I am not sure (at that point) whether the newly connected one had been updated or not, or if that was the one reporting it was out of date. I suspect the latter as otherwise how would the app know one was out of date.
Now all three have reported that they are connected and have up to date firmware. So I am not sure what was "wrong" initially, nor which of the things I did to make it go away was what solved it. I only document my experiences here in case it offers ideas to others. Good luck!
