Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20200402 rel.52000

After every day schedule restart, after the new firmware update, router seems to set the channel to 5 ,even though I've set it to 9 Which is breaking my WDS on other tp link router, which isn't onemesh capable!

How can I fix this?

And why do I have double ssids? One is hidden?

@Phurr

Hello,

For the two SSIDs inquiry, I think the below article will help answer it:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/stories/detail/728

For the channel issue, basically, the router will choose the best channel automatically every time it restarts, you may leave it on 9 and let the other router to connect.

BTW, may I know what is the model number of the other TP-Link router?

Good days.
