port forwarding features stopped working entirely after firmware update also i have had this problem for the longest time on the eu version that pptp download rate is extremely low. hope this issue gets resolved had this router for over a year looking to replace it if the issues not gonna get fixed.

Hi,

 

What is the WAN IP address of your WR940N and what is the Virtual Server setting on it for your internal server? Please show us the screenshot.

 

Here is the guide to open ports on the WR940N and please refer to this article to check all the settings first:
