Hello,

 

I have setup the RE360 and this went fine, but now I can not use the Extender when I do can not get connected to the internet, when I check the setup page it tells me something has gone wrong have done everything the webpage has listed to fix the problem but still have the problem.

 

Can you tell me how to reset the Extender please, and any more help would be great.

Hello,

 

What is the error information on the setup page? May I know the screenshot of that page?

 

RESET:  Here is a FAQ you can refer to reset the RE360: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/202/

 

Then please refer to this instruction to set up the RE360 by Tether app:  https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1373/

 

Note: It is better for you to create a differnet name for the RE360 in Step 5.

 

If you still no Internet after the configuration, please refer to this FAQ to do some troubleshooting: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2234/

 

If it still not working, please tell me what troubleshooting step you have done, thank you!

Hello,

 

Have reset the Range Extender and this help, windows found the Extender in the wi-fi list so i click on the 2.4 and the setup page came up set a password and got login in follow the setup up and this went fine till the setup finnshed then at the top of the page it tells me to access the intenet I must sign in so I do this but no good but there is a yellow warning over the top of the wi-fi icon and it says limted.

 

I am going to re-turn the item to the shop.

 

Also get the following problem with the setup page it tells me before I enter the password webpage is not seure.

 

can you pass this on to TP-LINK as feedback.
