Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.4 ( beta)

ALlready download Beta version 1.1.4 as suggest by Kevin but problem still happen. Then i doenload another beta version 1.1.4 but diff modify date and is working fine with internet stability but my HomeCare feature is not function.... what happen with this model? Paying premium with such issue?? Can u guy fix this issue asap?

Hello,

 

May I have your current firmware version showing on your router web UI now? Do you mean the speed issue was resolved by this beta version but Homecare is no longer functioning? May I have more details that how is Homecare not functioning, you cannot enable it or it just doesn't take effect?

Hi! I am using beta 1.1.4 build 20181116 Release 3740.

 

This is the only beta firmWare which fixingthe internet speed issue. The problem with this beta version the homecare ( parentcontrol ) is not working. The UI allow you to setup... i.e bed time... hours and so on but it won't function. The client still ablento access internet even u been setup.

 

I try the firmware u post but that not solve the issue. The parent mcontrol working just i ternet will slow down after few hours.

 

Hope my explanation clesr. Hope tplink solve this issue asap as this is not cheap router.

I've try this beta firmware before. The Homecare seem working just the internet speed will slow down.

 

Only this beta firnware is making my internet speed stable  but Homescare is not functioning. (1.1.4 Build 20181116 rel.3740(5553))

 

Can you please check! This is serious big issue. Can you please fix and provide firmware asap.
