Hello .. I use TL-WR940N Router for home . Also My this router connected to another tp link router on cable .. when I connect my phone to this router on wifi , my phone can not access internet from this router but when i connect my computer on wifi to this router i can access internet to my PC so fast.
May I know the detailed network diagram? Is the WR940N connected to a modem or a modem router (the main one), what is the model number of it?
What is the IP address you can get if you connect your computer directly to the main router?
Please check what is the IP address on the WR940N when it is connected to the main router by Ethernet cable and refer to the below troubleshooting to narrow down the issue:
