Hello, I’ve got some problems with my router. It has been working for 5 years some time it’s suddenly switch off or lose connection with an internet. But today it couldn’t connect to a network and show ... (video bellow). Please can somebody explain me what does it mean. Should I change my router or  it is happening due to provider

Hi,

 

From the video attached, the current DSL led is flashing, that means it failed to synchronize the DSL connection, that is the reason why you cannot get internet access. 

 

Below is the instruction to deal with this issue you can give it a go.
