Model: RE300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 2019114 Rel. 34543

I have Archer C6 v2 with firmware 1.35 Build 20200630 rel. 57406

I have Re300 with firmware 1.0.5 Build 2019114 Rel. 34543.

I read here  https://www.tp-link.com/cz/onemesh/compatibility/ that Archer C6 can use oneMesh with my firmware(*For EU - already released (need upgrade FW 200402)) so i bought Re300.

I tried start oneMesh in Teether, but application said that my C6 don't support OneMesh.

Where is the problem please? I bought Re300 because i want to use oneMesh!

@Vrba92

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you have the trouble with the product.

The firmware version of Archer C6 v2 indeed supports Onemesh feature.

It is suggested that you can restart the two devices first. Both Archer C6 and RE300.

Then follow the instruction to set up Onemesh extender via Tether APP to check if it works. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2506/

If not, please tell us the version of Tether APP.

Then follow the instruction to set up Onemesh extender via Web UI to check if it works well. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2507/

Your reply would be much appreciated.

@Vrba92

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Did you try to log into the web interface of the Archer C6 to see if there is an available Onemesh function?

Just in case the problem is still unsolved, we would follow up on your case via email, and please have a look at your email box.

Thank you~

Good day. Now, I see where the problem is. Did you set up the router as an access point, since C6 is not supported OneMesh as an access point? Thank you~
