Model: AD7200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.16

Hi, from the Deco app I have added several devices to Parental Control. One of these devises has been disabled from Pareental Control but is still showing a message which says; the Parental Control time limit has been exceeded for today, and the device is is blocked from the interenet.

Router model is: FX660 and I'm using a deco wifi booster.

Can anyone help please?

@Javea

Good day.

Thank you very much for your patience.

Sorry for the delay.

For your case, could you please help us get more details for further analysis.

  1. Is your model number Deco X60?
  2. If you delete one more device from the parental control rule, would it still be limited by parental control?
  3. Have you tried disconnect this device from Deco and reboot the main Deco, after that, once it is reconnected, would that make any difference?

Thank you very much.
