@sickplanet thank you a lot for your tutrorial... however in my case, binwalk cannot extract any signatures from  my exported backup.bin. Simply nothing, no matter which arguments I use.

Would you be so kind and share KEY and IV for my router AX1800 ?

Hardware Version: Archer AX20 v1.0

Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20200929 rel.54838(4555)

thanks in advance !

@Bitterman @JeanRodrigues

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

We TP-Link understand that you want to have the network permission to access the local IPv6 server/service from outside, that is currently not supported on the Archer AX10 and AX1500 routers. We have confirmed this with the dev team there will be new firmware in the near future to add the support for IPv6 firewall on/off, you will then be able to access the local IPv6 server by disabling the IPv6 firewall on the router. There is currently no estimated time for the new firmware for the AX10, please pay attention on your router web or on the official website for any new firmware updates in the future.

One more important note, we understand that @sickplanet wants to provide guide and help others who want to access their local IPv6 server, however, we do also consider this as a great risk that some "hackers" may make config file that ruin your device or even hijack the network. TP-Link will not be able to help those who install this kind software on your device and suffer from any loss for your personal info or property.  So we strongly suggest our customer DON'T install this kind of software on your router to protect your network security.

@Kevin_Z Will this solution also be made available for the Tp-Link AX6000 model?

@JeanRodrigues

official TP-Link support never give us the true answer for some reasons.

But keys to crypt\decrypt identical on my ax11000

ALL ACTIONS are performed at your own peril and risk.
This type of action was never covered by the warranty as I known.
The chance to brick the device is great

@MayBe88 Truth. It is not admissible routers of this size that are the most expensive of the brand do not have this basic function. Since with the scarcity of IPV4, most ISP only provide public IP for IPV6. IPV4 is only available through NAT. Worse still is to launch these devices without this basic support and take so long to launch a firmware with the implementation of this function. The only thing that remains for those in need is to seek alternative forms that are not official even though they know the risks to which they are subject. The company must be aware that whoever buys this type of equipment is not a common user. They are advanced users who need at least these most basic functions.

@sickplanet @Kevin_Z :

Recently there have been firmware update for my AX1800

Firmware Version:1.3.0 Build 20210318 rel.47238(4555)

Hardware Version:Archer AX20 v1.0

so I was putting my hopes in it, that it finally allows incoming IPv6 connections. But nothing happened, I still cannot see any control for turning on incoming IPv6. It was NOT present in that firmware update ? Will that ever happen ? There were some promises about "wait for next FW update" on this chat....
