I've been given a range extender but I cant log in to manage is as its already got a user and password. Is there a way to completely reset?

Thank you for your patience.

 Please refer to the following suggestions:

  1. Hold the reset pinhole at the side of 850RE for 10s till you could see all the lights turn on then off;
  2. Set up the extender again from the beginning: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1411/
