Archer AX 6000 Upload SLOW after upgrade to 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254
Upgraded my Archer Ax 6000 to 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254 firmware.
It has fixed all the prior issues I had with 5Ghz connection problems.
BUT it has cut my upload speed.
I have reset the router to factory and set up again and still having the same issue.
I verfied 999 Mbps down and 906Mbps upload to my modem.
Prior to the upgrade I was getting 913 Mbps down and 850 Mbps upload consistantly via the tether app.
When I run a speed test NOW via the tether app I get 865Mbps down and 615 Mbps upload after the upgrade to 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254.
What is worse is my actual speed on any device is worse. I have checked both Apple TVs and PC laptops and the upload wont go above 150 Mbps. This is on 5ghz wifi standing next to the router.
So I looks like since the new firmware ( 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254) The upload speed is being cut into the router and cut again when being served up via wifi.

@Dmonde hey bub, I had the same problem. Even called cable tech out to the house and we narrowed it down to the router. I said I can't believe this. So I started looking through the settings. I had device priority set to all my devices. This had the opposite effect. It put a cap on all my devices at about 150mbps. Turn it off!

May I know who is your internet service provider and what is the current network topology? Is it modem--AX6000?
Without any devices connected, please connect one laptop to the AX6000 with an Ethernet cable directly and go to speedtest to run the test for 3 times and show us the screenshots of the test results.
And please tell me the wired link speed at that time, how to get that? You can refer to the below link.

If the wired speed of the AX6000 is good, please then connect one laptop to the AX6000 5GHz network and confirm again the actual speed confirmed by speedtest. Also, confirm what is the link speed between the laptop and AX6000 5GHz, thanks.
How about 2.4GHz speed, is there any device connected to the AX6000 2.4GHz, is it normal?

@Dmonde QoS then device Priority. Uncheck everything.
