I'm curious. Why do the "Known Device Alerts" use the default names of the devices connecting/disconnecting, rather than the NEW names I have changed them to in the device list? The default hardware names are VERY difficult to distinguish and often are "unknown" or just blank alerts when I receive them. That's why I looked up each MAC address in my network and renamed them on the router.

@NeilKY

Hi,

Have you tried to reserve the IP address for these devices to have a look;

Could you please test if all the mobile devices have the same issue?

Since I just tested on my phone and if the device name has been changed,  it still showed the name that I have changed when it was disconnected from the Deco and connected back,

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.
