For your case, we might need your help to get the following information:

1. Did all three power-line extenders go red, or only the one connected to the PS4? And if only the one connected to the PS4, would you please swap the adapters to see if all of them had the same issue?
2. Have you ever tried to power off the PS4, wait until the Ethernet light turned off and before the power-line adapter went to power save mode, power back on the PS4, would this cause the power-line light go from green to red, then back to green?

If possible, please try to turn off the power save mode on the adapter to see if that helped:
