Hi Team,

 

My PPPOE connection drops after using it for an hour. My other iBall-Baton router works perfectly with same PPPOE conenction.

 

Please guide.

May I know who is your ISP? Can we have the model number of your modem?

 

When the WAN PPPoE connection is down, you can still get internet access by plugging your computer directly to the modem?
