Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

My network is working but I cannot log on via my Android phone, I have reset the password 3 times.  Deinstalled and Reinstalled the software and rebooted my phone many times.  I keep getting the same error.. Failed to Login Please Try again.

 

Any suggestions

Hello,

 

Did the Deco app work fine on this Android phone before? Please check below troubleshooting suggestions again:

1. Ensure you entered the correct e-mail address and password when logging in.

2. Open a browser and search something on the phone, make sure the phone has internet access.

3. Connect the phone to another Wi-Fi network for a try.

4. Uninstall and reinstall the Deco app, then open the app and log in.

The app will ask for WLAN/Cellular permission during this process, please kindly tick allow.

5. Use a different phone to download and install the Deco app, then try to log into the Deco app again.

Thanks for you support much appreciated.  I have installed deinstalled reinstalled with a phone restart, I have not tried to install it on another phone yet.  I can connect to it on my phone and login via the website which is confusing.
