Virtual Server and open ports on Archer C4000
Here is my issue.
I am trying to open ports on the network to host a game server. When I setup the virtual server the ports remain closed.
Things I have tried
I have entered all the info into the virtual server settings and double checked them so that they match with the system IP on my network.
Here is a listing of what I have done:
While have having the computer run the server the ports pop up in the UPNP section and its still not open.
Next I tried adding the machine to the DMZ... still no luck.
I then added the port triggering... still nothing
What am I missing here?

Hello,
Please refer to the below troubleshooting guide to check some basic settings:
Why port forwarding feature is not working on my router?
If still no help, please provide the below details:
1. What is the WAN IP address of the C4000?
2. Use the WAN IP+port number on a LAN PC to test if the port is opened. If this access failed, it might be your ISP has restrictions on the port/service and you need to confirm with this. Additionally, we strongly suggest you turn off the firewall on the computer as some Windows computers' firewall blocks connection from WAN by default.
May this help.

The fire wall is off on the machine hosting the server software. I had a level 2 tech use TeamViewer lastnight to run some checks. Leo was his name I beleive. He is checking into the software I was using so hopefully we get some answers soon. From his view he was saying I had everything setup correctly.

@TallGamer Did you ever get this solved? I'm having the same problem opening ANY ports or even using DMZ on this same router.
