Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

New system set up with three units. All have started to show the red solid light and there's no way of getting online. Last time I had to reset whole system and add all devices again. One x box worked direct to main deco. Customer support no help, system only a week old?
is there a solution that's doesn't require a full reset of main deco?

Hi, sorry for any inconvenience caused, we will do some troubleshooting and try to fix it first.

1. What is the current network topology? How do you connect these devices together? Do you mean the main Deco is also showing a solid red light?

2. What about the stability of the front-end device when the Deco M4 stops working? With your computer connected to the modem directly, what are the IP address and default gateway? Below is the instruction: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/

3. Have you tried to reboot the whole system, including the modem and all the Deco M4 nodes? Will the internet recover?

4. Have you ever tried to configure the satellite Deco as the main unit to do a comparison test? Instruction as below: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2400/

5. Besides, what is the current hardware and firmware version?

Good day.
