Hello. i just bought AV600 Powerline for my home. the notebook does not want to connect. the password is ok, the 'pair' led on.
what should I do?

Sorry for the delay.

Is there any error message when laptop failed to connect the Wi-Fi?

How about other mobile devices and are they working well?

And if the notebook connected to the Wi-Fi of home router, would it work fine?

Have you set up the static IP address on the notebook?
