issues with writing to attached USB drive
Hi,
when I try to write something to a drive connected to route using MacOS (10.15.6), no matter with authorization or not, the network drive connection fails after 30-60 seconds.
After that, web UI becomes either slow or unresponsive until reboot, meanwhile WiFi itself and internet connection work fine.

Hi,
Just to verify, is the hardware version of your C6 V1? Please ensure its firmware is up-to-date first.
Then refer to the below guide to check some basic settings:

Good days.

actually hardware version is: Archer C6U v1.0
there is just no option for this router when creating a thread.
software version: 1.0.2 Build 20200404 rel.47120(5255)
web UI says that it is the latest available version.
there is also an issue with reading, first of all, it is very slow, 3Mb per second tops, while the same drive shared using Linux server with Ubuntu gives 20-30 Mb per second, and secondly, the connection is dropped after a while, and I can not access share until router reboot.

@Rodin thanks for the verification.
Have you checked the FAQ I sent to you in my previous reply? If yes, please provide the below:
1. How do you access the USB drive connected to the C6U?
2. Have you tried on different computers?
3. When you tried to access the USB drive, was your computer connected to the C6U wireless, or was it connected by cable? How about the internet connection on it, was it stable?
4. What is the brand and model number of your USB drive, as well as its capacity.
Thanks a lot~

1. network connection using Mac OS 10.15.6 (19G2021)
2. I have tried on Linux box with Ubuntu Desktop 18.4 but I don't work on this box, so I really don't care how it works from it
3. MacBook I use is connected via wireless, 5g, Linux box is connected using cable... internet connection is stable, even when network share from router is not accessible anymore and showing 80-96 Mbps download speed
4. Transcend TS1TS/25M3S
