losing wifi connection

I was able to install the range extender RE650 very easily and initially it worked well. but after a few weeks I found I would suddenly lose wifi on all our devices and only by unplugging the range extender would wifi return. This has happened a few times. after plugging back in it works again for a while but then suddenly wifi is lost again on all devices in use at the time. what is the problem?

May I know the model number of your home router?
How long have you had the extender?
When the internet disconnected, did the 2.4ghz and 5ghz still lit up?
Did both 2.4ghz and 5ghz lose internet connection?
If possible, please try to change the wireless advanced settings on the home router, such as channel and channel width;
Take TP-Link router for example:

and please also try to check the IP address and default gateway on the device when RE650 disconnected;
