Just bought this devices precisely for the parental control features. After installing I created a profile for my daughters as preteens and associate their devices. Later I saw they were accessing sites, which were supposed to be blocked, without any problems. I then found several threads complaining about the parental controls not working so I did a very simple test. I created a new profile as a child and associate my Fire tablet to it. I am able to access without any restrictions social media (facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.), streaming (YouTube), and all the adult sites I wanted.

Before getting the default response from TP-Link. I already went to the trend micro site to check the urls, specially the adult urls, and all of them are correctly classified as pornography 18+.

Hope to get some useful response regarding this problem or the Deco S4 are going back to where they come from.
