Currently, only some Deco models support Google Assistant, M5 and E4 are not on the list yet. You can refer to the FAQ links below for more details:

Just to confirm, do you mean you can see the 3 E4s on your Google Home/Assistant but cannot control it? May I know how did you add them to the Google Assistant? Kindly show us some screenshots if possible.

Hello, thanks very much for reminding. We will soon update that article we pointed yesterday as we confirmed again with our R&D that the Deco E4 latest firmware supports Google Home/Assistant now, while Deco M5 still doesn't support it.

Back to the issue that the Google Home/Assistant cannot control the E4, can you please confirm what kind of commands you were trying to control it, is there any error message? Below is the functionality that can be controlled via Google Home:
